All payments for invoices are due on receipt, whether recurring retainer invoices, invoices for additional time after retainer credit is applied, or Invoices for one time work.
The Apple's Core does not accept checks as a form of payment. Accepted payment methods are Credit Card, ACH Back Transfer, Zelle, or Wire (wire transfer fees apply and vary by transaction)
No refunds will be given once payment has been made
Cancelations must be requested 30. days before the next recurring invoice if on a no contract term, or 30 days before the next commitment period renews. Canceling before the commitment period ends does not end your obligation to pay the rest of term. The Apple's Core reserves the right to cancel services at anytime, even in the middle of a term. In the case of early cancelation by The Apple's Core, further payments will not be due, however no refunds will be issues for payments already received. Supporting your transition to new IT services will be billed at $150/hour and will not extend past 30 day after cancelation.
The Apple's Core will not be held responsible for any data loss, even if the data loss occurs during the handling of said data by The Apple's Core.
The Apple's Core may setup or recommend backup services and systems. however if these systems fail, The Apple's Core will not be held liable for any data loss that occurs by the failure of these systems.
